ARGENTINA SUGGESTED ITINERARY 14 NTS/15 DAYS
(Buenos Aires, Iguassu Falls, Salta, Purmamarca, Humahuaca, San Salvador de Jujuy, Cachi, Cafayate, Quilmes, San Miguel de Tucumán).
 
DAY 01: BUENOS AIRES
After arrival to Ezeiza International Airport you will be received and taken to your Hotel.
 
Buenos Aires is a complex, energetic, and seductive port city, which stretches south-to-north along the Rio de la Plata; it has been the gateway to Argentina for centuries.
 
Porteños, as the people of Buenos Aires are known, possess an elaborate and rich cultural identity.
 

They value their European heritage highly, and the lifestyle and architecture are markedly more European than any other in South America. One of the world's finest opera houses, the Colon Theater, flourishes here on the plains alongside the river.
 
But the city has also spawned its own art forms, notably the tango, for which Buenos Aires is famous.
 
Porteños are intensely involved in the life and culture of their city, and they will gladly share the secrets of Buenos Aires if you lend an ear and relate your own stories in return.

City Tour

In this tour you will discover the high lights of the city such as the impressive National Congress (The Parliament), the civic center including the Plaza de Mayo (May Square) surrounded by the Government House (Casa Rosada), the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Cabildo (City Hall during the Spanish colonial period). -
 
You will see the famous Colon Theatre (Teatro Colon) one of the main Lyrical Theaters of the world. Corrientes Avenue., the Obelisk in 9 de Julio Avenue; your tour will continue to the traditional
 
San Telmo neighborhood in which you will be taken back in history. - (On Sunday visits you will be able visit the Flea Market). - After that you will stop at La Boca neighborhood, first settlement for the Italian immigrants, where you will enjoy a walk in the colorful Caminito Street.
 
You will continue the visit passing by Puerto Madero the newest neighborhood of the City, on the way to Palermo the largest residential area of Buenos Aires. Palermo Parks, City Zoo and the Planetarium are located here.
 
You will stop at El Ateneo, one of the largest and prettiest bookstores in the world.
 
Finally… Recoleta, the most elegant neighborhood of the city, with its famous floralis generica, its cemetery, boutiques, gourmet restaurants and cafes.
 
This evening enjoy a great quality gastronomic option, in the magnificent Puerto Madero.
