DAY 03: BUENOS AIRES
Delicious Breakfast at Hotel is followed by full day at La Candelaria Ranch for a Gaucho Feast.

At the end of the last century, the Piñeiro family constructed this magnificent palace that is reminiscent of the castles in Loire, France.
 
An enormous park filled with beautiful tree lined paths populated with statues, gazebos, little bridges, a small chapel, and a few colonial houses.
Located in the district of Lobos, 65 miles from Buenos Aires.
 
An opportunity to meet 'gauchos' in their own environment. A ride to the outskirts of the city into the countryside, the 'pampas', cradle of the 'gaucho' and the rich 'gaucho' tradition that was so beautifully portrayed by writer José Hernández in his famous 'Martin Fierro'.
 
The strolls in typical one-horse carriages called "sulkys", or just riding on horseback, will show the visitors the enchantment of the Argentine land,the beautiful landscape, its growing crops, and let them feel the incomparable wild aroma in the air.
 
A guided visit inside the Castle will be also offered.

After these activities delicious Argentine 'empanadas' will be served, followed by a delicious asado criollo (barbecue) prepared in the traditional fashion, everything well accompanied by local wines. A vegetarian option is also available. After lunch, folklore show, gaucho skills demonstration and an exhibition of Polo will complete the day.
 
Before departing back to Buenos Aires we will enjoy some tea with local pastries
