After buffet breakfast at Hotel enjoy the pleasure of visiting Valle de Uco.
 
Early in the morning you will meet the specialized wine guide who will accompany you throughout the tour. You will depart to Mendoza’s agricultural oasis of Valle de Uco, 100 kms from Mendoza City. Inside the first mountainsides of the Andes’ foothills, the Uco valley presents the highest altitudes at which wines are produced in the province of Mendoza. You will visit two wineries and enjoy a wine tasting session
 
At noon you will have lunch at Bistro La Tupiña en Gaultallary, in Altus Winery, there we you will have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of delicious Argentinean meat accompanied by house wines.
 
Upon arrival savour the classic Argentine tapas personally offered by the chef in the Sala de Fuegos, all masterfully created from fresh herbs and vegetables grown on the property. Inside indulge in classically prepared chivito (young goat). All paired perfectly with the entire line of Altus wines.
 
As the sun sets behind the Andes Mountains, you will return to Mendoza city.
